THE HAGUE – The Flying Dutch Cultural Heritage Foundation has purchased
Golden Knight 85-1608.
Since its construction at Fokker in 1985, this F27 400M Troopship has been the workhorse of the parachute team ‘Golden Knights’.
The C-31A soon exchanges its home port Pope Air Force Base near Fort Bragg for Laurenburg-Maxton where the aircraft is being prepared for the transatlantic crossing.

Fokker F-27 400M Troopship (military designation: C-31A), SN: 10668, Aircraft Hours: 17,114.3, Cycles: 17,831.
A significant amount of parts, components, special tools and ground support equipment are included with the aircraft.
