Thanks G-PIK! First window on the port side – I was looking down at the photographers as we took off wondering whether I’d be happier spending a week down there with my camera rather than spending a week on a beach (actually the hols were great!).
BTW – the other FCA pic of ‘BI is fantastic. I’m normally a mil type but looks like I need to spend a day or two on that mound.
Thanks, its weird as I dont understand why more people never go there as you get fantastic vantage points. I suppose its a pain in the kneck to goet to if you dont have a car mind you! 😀

Fantastic photos – was that First Choice 757 (G-OOBJ, IMG-7080A) going out on Saturday morning? If it was then I was on it – it was supposed to be the Nouvelair A321 but FC did the run to Djerba instead. Came back on Nouvelair – not something to be recommended other than getting a cool ‘TS’ reg in the book.
Sure was mate!

Sorry about the quality in this one, this was the only shot I got of Friday’s Zoom. I went for Lunch shortly after they switched runways and remember now coming out of the Pub/Restaurant and seeing your Aircraft climbing out :p

Ah, were you stood to the left of the guy in the baseball cap, and myself and Tom were on the other side of him?
Paul.
P.S. I was just sat here looking at the sunshine outside and contemplating a trip to LBA. Within the space of 5 minutes the cloud has appeared and it’s started throwing it down. Typical!
No rain at LBA though! 😎
Some good pics there! 🙂
