Shannon sees on average about 3 DC-10’s a day from omni air on american military charters, shannon has a half decent observation area, through glass but usually clean enough,as for the UK i believe stansted has a few fedex MD-11 flights a week or day

If you are serious about going on one, the only possible viable option I guess is to go via AMS with KLM, although its not direct from the UK you would have the chance to go on an A330 if you go from LHR so getting the best of both worlds …..

You could always send yourself to Memphis as a package by Fedex from Manchester…… 😎
Or you can join what I can only assume would be crates of Vodka with Aeroflot from the same airport and on a DC-10.
East Midlands sees a few MD11s (Lufthansa Cargo, primarily).
On the passenger side of things, your ‘options’ are few and far between nowadays. I guess your best option in the UK would be Gatwick or Manchester (i.e. an airport that sees a big charter market). MYT leased both an MD-11 and DC-10 in July to replace one of their A330s which was a little ill.
