4 bladers on the M40

i think it was the M40 anyway, saw two 4 blade props going south on the motorway this afternoon around 4pm on the back of a flat bed van….anyone got any ideas where they were off?

Possibly King-Air props but going to/from Kidlington as there are a couple of ‘Kings’ in there for overhaul at present

it was around 3-4 pm when we saw them…where they on a smallish flat bed van with white cab?

and they were on their own lol, they were small..WW2 fighter size

Common site albeit a bit further west, around the A40/M40, generally leaving the Dowty factory at Staverton bound for repair somewhere…

Perhaps they were C-130 props which regularly travel the roads of Britain between Lyneham and the contractor!
