Some images from yesterdays visit to Coningsby near Lincoln for 41 sqns reunion. The weather was reasonable and a little tricky at certain points but was managable. The attacks were a little far from my position on the mound so i havent posted many of them. The day ended with a nice little visit to RAF Binbrook the former lightning base, which was a real eye opener in how it has decayed over the years.

Lovely pics, thanks for posting.
Real shame about 724 I know Charles Ross has her best interests at heart is is doing all he can to look after her.
Such a shame

Always good to see Jaguars in action, now that UK airshows only seem to feature the Typhoon, even Tornados are starting to look interesting!

What about the RAF Hawks and RAF Harriers?
Great shots there like them all they are brilliant 😎

Always had a soft spot for Jags since my late dad maintained them for His Highness, Sultan Qaboos for many years and I got to see them in action close up. Thanks for those great shots.

Very sad to see Binbrook looking so sad. Does the Lightning Association still look after XR724 at one time she was in superb condition.
