5FTS Oakington Vampires – at RAF Graveley

RAF Graveley is better known for the missions of the Halifax and Lancaster pathfinder crews, as well as the Mosquito light bombers, but postwar it was also used by the Vampire T.11 trainers of the 5 FTS as a relief landing ground, operating out of Oakington and doing touch and goes as well as take offs and landings at Graveley up until the mid 1960’s.
Does anyone have photos of these at Graveley please? or other information?
