6 years on what has really changed to airlines

Hi all,

As a matter of interest i think that from the year 2000 to now a lot of things have changed in to airlines e.g new liveries , new type of planes to their fleet etc does anyone remember anything thats been a high light?

(it may sound a bit stupid but ill give you my memry)
I remember in 2002 Monarch had a new livery and last year the A380 took off
