Hello, I have just read the excellent ‘Our Very Own’ article on 607 sqn in Augusts Flypast and was wondering if and when my Grandfathers unit (612 sqn) during WWII was going to be the subect as there seems to be enough RAuxAF squadrons for a 2 year plus series. I hope that no units are omitted as the RAuxAF is a very overlooked part of the wartime effort.

I have a copy of the Roll of Honour for No 612 Squadron. I assume your grandfather survived the war, but if you want details about any of those who gave their lives whilst serving with the squadron, let me know.
