80 Years of IB livery on A319

Hi all here it is http://www.airliners.net/search/photo.search?id=1304270,1304271&engine_version=6.0 Iberia get a retro-jet A319 to celebrate 80 years. looks good to me:cool: I think its time BA do a retro jet 😉

How about both?

As demonstrated in the below link with KLM and Northwest celebrateing there code share agreement in 1998 with a DC-10 painted in both Liverys.

And I see what you mean by it looking like Spanish Air Force markings.

Looks like a bland military scheme.

I believe that the bland grey bit would have been polished aluminium on the original 60’s livery…

It is very similar to the Spanish Air Force markings. Presumably for good reason given how far the scheme dates back and the interchangeability between civil and military machines then.
