A certain Russian gent named Vladimir Mikhailov ( that’s all I could figure out from the video ) is addressing a press conference and footage of the A-50 is shown during the course of the conference. I have no idea whatsoever regarding the timing of this conference. Comments regarding the video, especially from those who understand Russian language are wanted.
