There was a plethora of Bomber Command Veterans signing books and prints in the AirSpace museum along with a load of kids taking part in the First Lego League’s Eastern Region finals. The Hermes fuselage was open for a look/see as well.
It was dark in the hangers so I did a bit of experimenting with longer shutter speeds. The easy way. I attached my camera to my small binocular tripod, inserted the remote release, turned off the flash, set the ISO to 100 and the programme dial to ‘Night’. 😀

Excellent pictures but I have a question, what colour will the Harvard FE695 be painted, silver or yellow?
They don’t seem too sure!
Silver and yellow. The yellow you see on the wings is just a large training band
