Spot on, Steve.

That’s exactly what did happen, mate. πŸ™‚

Indeed.

Who embarked? Any trip reports and interior pictures to share?

Er…. why did a 777LR need to route from Everett to Karachi via MAN ? Not complaining, I just thought they’s have made a big fuss of doing point to point, or am I missing the point ? πŸ˜‰

Im sure someone once told me FCA dont use thrust reverse unless they have to.

the image might show the engines at “idle thrust reverse” – what you may have been told is that they don’t go beyond idle thrust (i.e. “spool up”) reverse unless they have to – i.e. the reverses are activated, but the pilot does not advance the throttles any further

suprerb shots by the way

Thanks for the kind comments chaps, I thought the South side would be packed but only a handful of people around, mind you it was blomin freezing, I don’t know how some of those shots turned out half decent due my shaking hands, but was worth it to nail the LR, she was squeaky clean.
