It is the report on a Fan blade failure on a RR Trent published by the ATSB. It shows pictures of the damage to the fan case and some stills from a video taken from the cabin of the moment of failure.

Theres a good video of an RR blade containment test for the A380. Can’t really be bothered finding it just now right enough 😀
