A couple of Duxford questions.

Did anyone manage to see John Bradshaw’s Sea Fury leave or is it still there, waiting for an enthusiast free day to make a quick exit.

And does anyone know how long the I-15 is here for, or is it already on its way back home.

It was a real shame she didn’t fly at FL04. She was a welcome addition to the flightline, and immaculately presented.

Why didn’t she display? I’ve heard before that it’s because they charge too much for an aerial display therefore it often stays put. Anyone know? Great oppertunity missed there i think, the Sea Fury is a gorgeous aeroplane and would have contributed to some superb photo oppertunities with other participants. Just my thought of day…

Fury went out monday at about 12.30

Treated us to a very sedate flyby

Then headed for kemble
