Hey all – the latest trip into Europe saw me visit Dusseldorf. I never really planned to spend anytime at the airport, but due to some rather heavy rain hitting the city, I retired back to the airport early – and by the time I got back the rain died away and the sun tried to push through.
Some of the shots are a little back lit, as in the late afternoon the sun hampers pics taken from the roof top viewing deck on Terminal B.
Anyhow on with the show… So enjoy!
First up a few from Gatwick in the morning…

A view out of the dirty window…

My ride to DUS…

And now a few from DUS – all taken from the Obs deck on top of terminal B.

Smashing shots Andy 😀
I was there a couple of months ago for a couple of days intense shooting… fantastic airport. A shame you never got over to the other terrace at the train station since i see 05’s were in use. Looks like a great place for line-up shots/short final shots, but they were on 23 the entire time of my visit. Very good job again.
