The sun was shining today so made for better inside shots.

the only attention it’s getting is so that it can be sent to pima, arizona
Excellent news – one less johnny foreigner aeroplane to worry about 😮
My original message, which went through Babel Fish was:
Nice to see they’ve got their priorities right. That Mystere IV Fighter was really becoming rather tatty – unlike the Victor and Shackleton, both of which have absolutely nothing to do with this country’s aviation heritage.
I like to stir things up – too many “yes men” on this forum.

Babelfish says:
“Pleasant to see they have their priority right. This Mystery IV Fighter became really rather neglected? with the difference of the Victor and Shackleton, of which both in common do not have anything absolutely with this heritage aviation country.”
What’s French for “rant”?

Agréable de voir ils ont leur droit de priorités. Ce Mystere IV Fighter devenait vraiment plutôt négligé ? à la différence du Victor et de Shackleton, dont les deux n’ont rien en commun absolument avec cet héritage d’aviation de pays.

Thought that may have been you. Sorry we didn’t say hello.

There were two of us Pen Pusher, if that helps?
I was on the western side as well next to two gentlemen, with rather large cameras. I had a little Minolta Dimage Z3. I think I recognised Nick from visits to Shuttleworth but was a bit iffy to introduce myself, just in case I was wrong. I’ll know better next time.

Quite possibly, I was on the Western (AAM) side of it.

We probably walked past each other during the day!!
We may have been standing next to each other near the control tower when the Spitfire went off.

Thanks for posting Pen Pusher,
Its great to see the Oxford in the paint shop, a very small team has put a lot of effort into getting the airframe ready for this moment. This ex Skyfame museum flyer was once owned by Boulton & Paul, and was operated as a company hack.
