India had over 40,000 casualties and thousands missing in the trenches of the great war.isn’t there a remembrance for them?
They are paid with respect as the beginning of the Republic Day on 26th January. India Gate in the heart of Delhi is a tribute to them.

Rememberance day is observed for all the fallen. Not once have I heard a speech where soldiers of the commonwealth and/or empire were not mentioned.
