A few from Heathrow

Here’s a few from Heathrow today… I went out mainly for the Thai A340 and was hoping to catch all three A380s. Unfortunately it started to cloud over at about 13:30 and my toes were getting cold, so I didn’t wait for the Emirates departure!

Was quite pleased to see the new BA “logojet”… but I’m still not convinced!

I was really pleased with the AF Retro too – I love the clouds in the background!

Hi All,

Thanks for the feedback! I was there for a good 3 hours but unfortunately those were the only ones worth sharing…

Most of the 777s seemed to be too high by the time they reached where I was stood… a bit like the Thai which, as you point out, is a bit under-the-belly!!

Actually from that angle the BA logojet isn’t quite so awful.

Although not caught at the best angle I do love the Thai livery on the A340. Every bit a beautiful as the A380 is pig ugly in any scheme.
