A Few from Luton…….

Feeling somewhat adventurous, I wandered South to Luton.

Here are some of the results.

Enjoy. 🙂

Ah yes forgot the A109, for some reason I don’t log them but do Sikorskys

They were both shuttling in and out of the Farnborough Airshow on a very regular basis this year.

The only plane registered to them is a Sikorsky.

Two aircraft, actually. Sikorsky 76, G-SMAF and Agusta 109E G-MOMO. Note the personalised registrations – Mr Fayed often uses them as personal runabouts.

Harrods Aviation is an FBO, Fixed Base Operator. They basically provide all the neccessary ground services for the visiting bizjets. There are two others at LTN, Signature (Very big in the UK) and Gulfstream have their own set up their too. I think Harrods only operate from LTN and STN though? The only plane registered to them is a Sikorsky.

Also I think I have an inkling as to why you and the others like to constantly have a go at me and take the Michael, and it stinks!

It’s 100% to do with the content of your postings. No other reason.

Don’t you even think about trying to smear anyone here with homophobia, xenophobia, phalacrophobia or anything else.

I know you are talking about me there Danair, I have NO problem (Yes NO) problem with you posting here. What does get really annoying is when you post about 10 threads with the same sort of things in it, and you know you are going to get the same answer to the questions every time. I LIKE seeing other Yorkshiremen on the forum, so that doesent bother me at all.

And your Smoking subject made no sense ‘I hated people smoking on planes but yet I miss it?’

It seems quite a few ‘buddies’ on here enjoy poking fun at me. I can take that, Im a big boy who can hold his own but what gets me is the way people giggle away in their groups, laughing at other members.

Also I think I have an inkling as to why you and the others like to constantly have a go at me and take the Michael, and it stinks!

It seems to me we have a lot of rather spoilt young men who like to dominate on this forum.

Ooooh! That’s personal abuse, that is.

I presume that you feel we should, instead, be grovelling in reverence, awed and thankful for your many sage pronouncements such as your pearls of wisdom on the subject of Emirates?

Please don’t hold your breath while you’re waiting.

Notice Jet2 have painted the Yorkshire rose on their planes. Good on em!

It seems to me we have a lot of rather spoilt young men who like to dominate on this forum. They act like self-appointed moderators, rubbishing other peoples posts instead of putting up a constructive argument.

My days are numbered yet again, and why? cause I write honestly, courageously and with feelings?Or is is becasue a certain member seems to find it amusing and doesnt want another Yorkshiremen raining on his parade! He also made quite a disparaging remark about my personal life, but you can bet he wont get kicked off for being an offensive so and so!

Why was a topic remembering smoking sections on airlines considered taboo?
Also I like remembering the times when Ive flown in the past. I post a good mix of posts, airlines now and then, airports, aircraft types etc.

Ah – but I don’t need the Multiflight 737 any more.

It came right over my head last week, just as I stepped out of our Leeds office.

Oh, and I’ve been to GLA recently too. I just didn’t take my camera because I was on business. :diablo:

When I flew into Luton back in April( 😮 ) parked on the Bizjet area of the apron was a rather nice looking Kuwait Airlines A300, in a VIP configuration undoubtably. 😎

haha. Seriously though I thought Luton was a cheap alternative for London. Perhaps the airport want to discourage light aircraft and concentrate on keeping Easyjet sweet.

I prefered Luton when it was the home of the charter flight with Court Line and then BY and MON. Full of Lorraine Chase clones coming in from Malaga with Spanish donkeys and castanets!!
