TP280 is owned by Rudy Frasca, who I believe also has another ex-IAF Spit 18 under restoration.

There are a good few Spit rebuilds underway in Australia/New Zealand. Spit 16 TE330 is being restored in New Zealand, as is Spit XIV NH799, and RM797 in Australia (with our very own Randal McFarlane, no less).

What else is out that way?
