A forum friend in Russia recently

A friend [Vega Skip ] on another art forum recently visited Russia as part of a commemoration to the 75th anniversary of the Dervish Convoy https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dervish_Convoy ,he is ex Navy and a really good artist who has done many excellent works of art commemorating the navy and it’s history .He was invited to take part in the commemorations alongside someone who is familiar to us on here.
