Went to EMA to see the An-124 depart for Toulouse. Weather was poor with ppor visability 🙁
Pity the damn thing departed east! They changed direction from then on.

cheers for the comments.
Andy – I think I was the only person by the end of the runway today. Was wearing black shirt and light trousers if that is who you saw (green car)

LOL! Nice pics – I quite like where you were when they’re on 27s.
Was there tonight too, but up Diseworth Lane. Saw someone on the side of the road by the field entrance with a camera as I drove past – must have been you! Didn’t even get my camera out tonight – too dull – not even for the Air Finland and the Air Slovakia.

Lovely pics there Steve…. the first one of the RAF 146 is great, as is the last shot of the EZY 737 landing. 🙂

Nice stuff there. Do you know if an An124 departed EMA yesterday evening? I saw one fly over STN quite low, and got very excited thinking it may be doing some non-standard approach. Never showed up…was trying to work out where it may have took off from (was heading East).
