No, they did not. Any of the standard reference books will tell you that.
They tested some foreign designed aircraft like the Bf-109 during the war and many other types in the 30s. They did use three types (Fiat BR 20, He 112, and Seversky 2PA) in the Second Sino-Japanese war.
During WWII itself, the only foreign designed aircraft used by the military were non combat types produced under license:
DC-2, DC-3, Bucker Jungmeister, North American NA-16 (a fixed gear predecessor to the T-6) and the Lockheed 14 transport.
