Basically I am looking to improve on my English GCSE results from school (was a long time ago), I only got a D at the time (damn me), as you may be aware I will be targeting the airlines for jobs around Feb – March next year and want the bonus of having a decent grade on my CV, in your humble opinions, especially from those who have taken A Level English Language would I be better just going straight for A Level thus missing out the GCSE? the reasons for me asking are obvious, apart from my ATPL exams and the start of an Open University Maths degree this is all I have done since finishing school (well, 8 GCSEs & my current work’s qualification) so I was wondering if people think the step to A Level maybe a tad high? bearing in mind I will be doing my CPL in October & my IR etc in Jan / Feb so my workload will be quite high anyway but I don’t mind this too much
Thanks in advance
Dean
