A living nightmare – anyone had this happen to them ?

I am in a very serious problem right now, basically someone who was renting our spare room a few months back has run up massive debts £20,000+ by lying on various application form’s and also by using my details without my permission to increase the amount of credit they were offered.

All my bank accounts have now been locked, I have been banned from removing any cash from said accounts apart from a small amount of my weekly wages, and am facing going to court for fraud.

I have been told I have to prove 100% I had no involvement in this, but even if I do that my credit rating is ****** due to this address being on my credit file.

Also I have been told if I can not prove I had no involvement in all this then I face being made bankrupt and losing my home, all my savings and investments, along with everything I own.

The fact is this women is evil she has stole hundreds of pounds from her boyfriend, beats him up very very badly (yeah some people might laugh but if it was th other way round he would have the book thrown at him), and also got sacked from a job for stealing £75.

Anyway if anyone has any advice about how to deal with this nightmare then I would really be very grateful, until this is solved I’m just gonna spend all summer stuck in my house, no air shows no bbqs no firework events, no night’s down the pub, I am not allowed to take enough money out because of this 🙁
