A name for the F-35 JSF?

Hi folks,
the F-35 JSF will have roll-out at the end of the year (and the maiden flight in Fort Worth in August 2006), when the new fighter will also be christend.

I’m wondering, which name this new fighter should have?

My first proposal is:
F/A-35A Raven

The USAF named their lastest fighter after birds. Eagle, Falcon, Nighthawk, Raptor.
And the F-35 JSF looks like a small younger sister of the F/A-22 Raptor, so Raven and Raptor sounds also similar!

If the USN/USMC don’t like a USAF-given name, they should call their JSF:
F/A-35C Cougar II

In my eyes, the F-35 looks like the Grumman F-9F Cougar I, so the the name would keep up the tradition of the famous navy “cat” – fighters.

What are your proposals ???
