RE: A Nice pic of a ugly plane!
The A300-600ST Beluga – Superb machine. These have replaced the old Guppy aircraft that were used to ferry large volume Airbus parts between the consortium’s various plants. I think Airbus have built five of them so far, and they are really impressive aircraft. A real favourite at major airshows too…

The Beluga, right?
I think it is a work of art and in a league of it’s own compared to other cargo aircraft. It’s almost the A380, they just need a few seats chucked in the cargo section.

this must be one of the most specialised aircraft ever build. This is European co-operation at it’s best. Talking parts from all over Europe and put them together some where else.
But a beautiful aircraft though, at more beautiful then the lg Guppies.

JW
btw Ja if you have more I really would like to see it

Hmm… a very interesting aircraft… I saw some of them at the Daimler Crysler Aerospace production facility in Hamburg… although, they weren’t that close up! I have a friend who has to draw this aircraft for his university coursework… He’s having a bit of a hard time with all the curves!!! I on the other hand get to draw the straight lines of the Shorts 330.:-):-)

Its a weird looking thing isn’t it? Unique though.
It has a big head…perhaps its a super brainy aeroplane!
