Excellent news Andrew, well done to the team.
I was hoping to be there when she came in but I have been under the weather and nipper isn’t helping matters.
Hope all goes well with the restoration and I will do my utmost to help you guys out, where neccessary.
894 does continue to be a pain but there is light at the end of the tunnel (although its a rather long tunnel) 😀
See you all soon and by the way, great pics.

That is one of the goals but sometime in the future. Priority is to get the wings back on and give her a good check over and clean up.
We were extremly pleased the gear came down pretty easily and there were a lot of smiling faces especialy Georges ! ( he probably still is smiling) The arrestor hook was cycled a few times as well.
A lot of weekends at Brunty coming up for the team now !
I hope the opportunity to get the 3 Buccs together for some pictures isnt to far away !

Yes flood there is a point and i apologise for keeping you waiting ! You dont like a bit of suspense then ?
Yes today Buccaneer S2B XW544 made the trip from Shawbury to Bruntingthorpe thanks to Russell Transport. These photos were taken yesterday afternoon during the load up. We carried the airframe backwards to allow us to leave the tail on.
