A nice surprise yesterday

I had arrived at the tumultuous decision to bite on the bullet and upgrade my machine, oS and plunge into FSX. I’d contacted the computer firm who specialized in building me one and discussed sending him the product code of my FSX and also the Acceleration Pack and other items.
Then yesterday, not 12 hours after a list of instructions being sent, I received a padded envelope in the post. Inside was an FSX and an Acceleration Pack. No compliment slip, nothing.
I was a little shocked. I assured my wife I hadn’t ordered £70 quids worth of stuff. Who could have sent it? No bill, no invoice. I found a number for the firm on the envelope.
Er..excuse me, have I paid for these items I received today? Has someone been complaining you haven’t sent them their order? (I was hoping he’d let me keep one of them for a knock down price)
He enquired my name.
No sir, you’re a prize winner. They’re yours!
Then the penny dropped.
