A question about the Travelodge at MAN

Simple really, can you see the airfield from the travelodge at Manchester airport? Also is it easy to get to from the terminal building (3) either on foot or by public transport? Thanks.

You can’t see anything from the hotel except departing aircraft once they’re quite high – and quite a long way away. Unfortunately you can hear them though.

2) Yes it is easy to get to terminal building. There’s a bus stop in the Cargo Centre opposite the hotel. Walking is nice on a good weather day – took may about 30 mins.
