Hi.
Every day as I pass near one of the traffic circles near Chanakyapuri (I live in New Delhi because of my father’s work), there is one traffic circle with the Indian flags aside another country’s flags.
My question is, why do they change the flags (the different country’s flag, the Indian flags are there all the time) almost every day?
I guess that there isn’t an official visit every day… or am I wrong?

Its ok – just a few give locations which don’t make sense unless they were on holiday (unless they sat in an internet cafe posting messages instead of enjoying themselves in a foreign land)!
You be where you want to be, sir!:)

I’m Israeli but I’m living in India temporarily because of the job of my father.
I will always be an Israeli, not matter where I’m living. 😉

Guess that means that your location is Israel, India?
Despite the flag?

Yep, I know about the embassies, and by the way, not ALL of them are there, but that’s not something to discuss here 😮
Though I didn’t know that you have so many official visits. What you said explained that all, because those were actually the flags that I saw in the last few days.
Thanks 🙂

Hi, yea your wrong:p . We have lots of officials visiting these days….the Swedish PM just left after selling more Bofors guns to us (and yes he also saw the Taj Mahal, which is customary otherwise no dinner for him with the leaders). We had Bahrains not too long ago. The Brazilian PM was the Chief Guest at Republic Day celebration on 26th Jan. And today Colombian PM is supposed to come i think. Chanakyapuri is also the place where all the embessys are there.
