to all you heathrow regulars,
was thinking of a quick visit to heathrow tommorrow, but not used to the 9;s being in use, i was told top of T5 was great for pics etc,
so guys whats the access like, do you get moved on, ??? any ideas guys would be good, just i will be travelling 350 miles !

Last time I was there when 09 was in use was 29AUG08, so things may have changed a bit since. However, when I was there the views where excellent from the top floor of the parking garage.

Hi Jason,
You will almost certainly get moved on if you’re hanging around T5 but the 09L field is a very easy 10 minute walk from the terminal and offers almost the reverse angle to Myrtle. Let me know if you need directions and I’ll post a map from Google Earth with the route mapped out. 🙂
