Partly useless late answer.
Grumman Goose windows are not unlike that (ie good guess) but the round topped ‘eyebrow’ windows are unobstructed.

Now what would a Sea Bee be doing landing at Hatfield???:D
OK, I’m definately no expert on British aircraft, but the control wheel reminded me of one I had seen in a dH Rapide, however the windows are definately wrong. Any Rapide cousins out there that might qualify?

I thought Dragonfly or Rapide, but I think the oval front windows rule both of them out. Just doesn’t seem quite right.
