A.R.L spherical pressure head ??

I Have recently acquired an early airspeed indicator “make unknown”, which is marked “for use with A.R.L SPHERICAL PRESSURE HEAD”. I have never heard of this type before, & was wondering if any one knows anything about it, or has a photo of one ?.
