Felt it was important to salute and offer my congratulations for his brave actions not once, but twice in combat for the British Army in Iraq. As most of you know from reading history,this medal for service to Queen & country is awarded for extreme bravey. This is the first VC to be awarded to a living recipient since 1965. Best wishes to Pvt Johnson for a full recovery from his wounds. This young man is to be saluted for his actions !
