dark light

A serious off topic question and one that's relevant to this thread:

To all concern:

It has dawned on me, and it’s been buggin’ me ever since the official naming
of the FC-1/Super-7, that the term “Dragon this and Dragon that” is somewhat a wee on
the overdone side regardless of its applications, don’t you agree, people???

I mean the word now is that the official name given (for export purposes) to the J-10 is
“Fierce Dragon”. I mean why must they consistently apply the term “Dragon” to these fine planes?
Honestly, can’t they be a wee more creative and come up with a name with more punch???

I find the term “dragon” lame and I find it something that falls
in the relms of mysticism. I find the term very symbolic of something that’s no more but a fable.
I find it inappropriate for something that’s designed to kill!!!

I hope Chengdu and Xian sees/reads this and that appropriate steps and
measures will be taken to rid the Chinese world of this silly Jeckie Chen and/or Crouching Tiger Kungfu theme
or silliness (my opinion) from these fine and awesome-looking machines.
