A VERY wet Manchester 11/12 October

Managed to visit the AVP on Tuesday and Wednesday this week.

The AVP was at total capacity today (Wednesday 12th) as they where all there to see the football planes!!!

Apologies for the quality on some of the images – the weather was absoloutley dreadfull, especially on the 12th, but then you do get some decent shots on a WET WET WET runway 😀

This is one aircraft I would not have like to be on…he touched down a fair bit down the runway, then only applied his thrust reversers when he was opposite the larger AVP viewing area…honestly thought he was heading for the bushes of the end of 24R 😮
