Humbled
A poignant reunion.
I was humbled this evening by the presence and tales of a Stirling pilot, Paddy, here at Aldergrove for the Annual Reception. (he flew at Arnhem).
Truly remarkable.

I have some experience of showing relatives of 8th AF veterans around the site of their relatives service. It is hugely rewarding.
It looks like Stan had a good time.
