Hello,
My first post on here so I thought I’d start with a really hard one.
A2B Airways Ltd. Apparently a new airline(or a rename) starting at Blackpool Airport. There have been adverts in the local press for cabin crew and other positions but nobody seems to know anything about it. Ive mentioned it in another sites forum but no firm detail obtained.
Just wondering if anyone on here would know about it.
Thanks

After joining forces with the Stagecoach Group, and receiving huge investment, he kept them running and made them rebrand to ScotAirways instead. I beleive his name is Brian, and he was a regular passenger on the LCY-EDI and Dundee route.
Just to make clear Stagecoach PLC do not have an investment in Scot Airways it is Brian Souter (as you said) and Ann Gloag who founded Stagecoach holding the investment in a personal capacity, similar to their stake in bus manufacturer Alexander Dennis

But tehy have just released a new site, and now are borrowing a 146 from Titan to do the odd LCY-EDI rotation!

Can’t be worse than Suckling who operated a 2 daily weekday MAN-AMS service using Do228s!

According to tonight’s Manchester local rag, they are planning to launch services to AMS in September and are contemplating services to Ireland and Germany.

I wish the BLK to BHD route wasnt £180 return as i wouldnt mind flying on a shed. We saw a Shed here on 31st March parked at a funny angle to the norm. since we reckon there was no tow bar!

There is a shed on the route atm, although it is supposed to be a short term lease AFAIK.

Yes I thought it was. I’m just surprised nobody knows anymore about it.
They mention new a/c(sheds I assume) and new routes – thats the big question.
