A319's with dual overwing exits ?

I recall this feature being introduced when Easyjet adopted the type, increasing the seating capacity at the expense of a galley. Having assumed they were still the only operator of dual overwing exit equipped A319’s, I note that Germanwings and Fly Niki also have them, so the question is… Who else does ?

I flew on a Cebu Pacific one sitting at the front centre overwing exit.

(been having a disagreement with a viewer of the above link who argues blind it is not an A319)
Also noted Air Bangkok have them.
