A380 question?

Have been doing some research into the Airbus A380 for a piece of uni work, and on Airbus’s website (http://events.airbus.com/media/a380_family.asp) it mentions that it will be able to carry up to 35% more passengers than its competitor over distances such as London-Singapore and Los Angeles-Sydney, but I don’t know what its competitor will be?

Does anyone know?

Please do not speculate, I really need to know the true answer, as I will be conducting an interview and will look a right wally if I quote the wrong aircraft…lol. 😀
