AA DC6's

Was watching a recorded episode of the last series of Top Gear. (stay with me, it is aviation based 🙂 ) Was I hallucinating or did i see 2 of AA’s DC6’s out on the airfield where they do their power lap thingy? Have AA disposed of their fleet? Could not see anything on their website and they don’t seem to be listed on their fleet inventory. Sorry if it has already been covered on this forum but I have been out of circulation for a LONG time (read 3 years) with health problems!! 🙁

The Top Gear aircraft were both AA’s DC-6’s at Dunsfold. They have since returned to Coventry I believe…

Could be I s’pose. Only get a very brief head on shot of them. Tried pausing but the image is very blurred and can not distinguish any identifying features. (Time to invest in a recordable DVD perhaps?!) May not even be AA aircraft then?
Just looked at Top Gear website. Says its filmed at Dunsfold?
