AAIB Report Out On Bronco Crash

The BBC are reporting the AAIB report of Tony De Bruyn’s crash in 2012 with a link to the report:

I don’t think, from a brief read, that it comes to a clear cause, rather it identifies some possibilities, though others with more expertise in reading these might disagree.

Given that he was in mid-manoeuvre when it all went songbirds-up TDB is a very, very lucky man to still be with us! I had assumed back when that it was a take off/landing accident.
