I’d been to the site in the past but they have updated it with a number of excellent videos. I’d recommend the site to anybody remotely interested in ABMs and particularly the Sprint and Spartan complex. This is the page with the videos:

Many of them are in slow motion (well at least slowed down a bit 🙂 ).
A brief rundown:
One video shows a Spartan silo lid explosively opening (they were actually welded shut and opened with a linear shaped charge) and the Spartan blasting out of it.
Multiple Sprint launches
Sprint RV intercept.
Spartan (actually a Zeus in this case) 3rd stage demonstration vectored thrust by having the rocket exhaust through the trailing edges of the four fins. All in all there is a LOT of information on this site including PDFs of the construction of the Sprint and Spartan missiles and descriptions of many of the technological hurdles they had to overcome.
