That was one of the headlines for the tabloids at one point, he required “assistance” from trustees if I recall correctly.

In the same way as many benefits “cheats”, the man played the system to the very end, its the weakness in that system which is as much to blame as his own actions and character.

It will be interesting to so how much support he gets in the USA for his legal claims and demands.

I imagine now his extended family will look at a way to claim benefits to pay for travel to the USA to see him….. I would like to see a “timeline” and cost details to the public purse for the entire episode. A citizenship law that could be enforced would go a long way to stop this kind of abuse. If you want to claim protection under human rights, your first respect those of others, and don’t preach that they should be killed.

If he feels England is a “Toilet” I think he will be waking up this morning feeling he has been well and truly flushed..
