Accident Report Cards – How to read.

Could anyone possible help me with advise or answer to some questions about how to read information of an RAF accident report card. It’s one I got from the RAF Museum years ago and it’s a very bad original and hard to read.

It’s for a Hotspur glider accident at 3 GTS and while I have all the pertinent details about the pilots and serial, I’m trying to determine if the sky letter/number that would of been on the fuselage is recorded anywhere.

Some of the filled boxes that have codes I don’t understand are: A.O. F.I.N & 765.

In additon the unit, 3 GTS has “9” written next to and the command, FT, has “17”. Also the aircraft type is listed as “Hotspur 2 183” – what could the 183 mean?

On the back it lists hours for I assume the crew but underneath is hand written the letters “LU ABOK PIM EOK VOK AOK XOK WOK” meaning?

Lastly “H:F:N | Drone” says “1 + “, “4” or “14” I guess depending on context and next to the “Dawn:Dusk” box is an untitled box with “L2” in it.

Can anyone shed any light?
