ACMI/TACTS Systems

I would like to know other than countrys such as the USA, Canada,
Israel, United Kingdom, Taiwan, etc., what other countrys have
systems like the Cubic ACMI/TACTS system??
I have not been able to find any information on countrys such as
Germany, India, Pakistan, China and, Russia.

Does anyone have any information on this?
