Check out the video of the ATL vs. a car hood. Its only 7 seconds long but it demonstrates the amazing accuracy of the weapon. As for its effectiveness, its harder to come to conclusions. It did a good job of scorching the hood and penetrating (?) it I guess. if so, it probably disabled the engine underneath. No doubt if a human got in the way he’d be toast though.
