Aerial Refuelling in small countries

Hello everyone, i had a few questions in mind would like to see your expert opinion.

What is the amount of Fuel an F-16 can carry?
How much time can it remain air-bound?

And in a small country such as Pakistan, is it worth it to have Aerial refuelling. As i assume all bases wont be that far to land, refuel and take off. Having an aerial refuller airbound all the time, is it really worth it?
