Anyone out there with pertinent in service history of these 20 transport aircraft supplied to the Libyan Airforce from 1979 and using these de-rated Tyne Turboprop engines of 3800 SHP. ?
G222T also referred to as “The Mini-Hercules.”
Understand they are now retired, but may have survived the recent war especially if based in the South of Libya.
Any advice as how to get details will also be greatly appreciated, as no reply from manufacturers !
